Effects: messes up hotbar. One annoyance is that you might have your hotbar set up, maybe you have a sword in your hotbar because you're going to fight on horseback, but then you mount your horse and it's no longer in the hot bar, and because you can't change your hotbar when you're on a horse, there's no way to get it.
