when I try to upload my skin in MCPE it will go black and put Steve on and I've tried other skins from different apps and they don't work either also my setting resets every time I clear the app can u plz fix this

      I have a BLU Android and like I said ever time I clear the app my setting resets also my skins won't upload they appear black and then turn back into Steve PLZ FIX THIS
