I know that this issue has been reported on a previous Version of mcpe. This is occurring when feeding animals with wheat or carrots items duplicate they will sometimes overwrite enchanted items such as my bow a enchanted with my name on it.... It also happened with a fishing rod. Please see the pictures attached. The wheat and carrots have the same number after feeding the animals and i started off with a random amount. i can reproduce if necessary.
