Often when I'm using a crafting table, chest, or anything else that brings up a UI, My hot bar will change (some items will be mixed around or completely new items will appear in my hot bar coming from my inventory) also often times one or two items in my hot bar will duplicate (one time my entire hot bar was filled with duplicates of my baked potatoes I had in my inventory after using my chest to get something I needed to use)

Their is also a issue with maps breaking by not showing my newly explored areas, instead the map stays gray (doesn't update)

Lastly I built a password piston door and every so often when I enter my world and use it only one side retracts. So I have to break the pistons and put them right back in place.
