      I searched hundreds of trunks of various structures and none of those chests had the patch spell or frozen steps.

      HOW TO REPRODUCE?
      It's simple, you just have to create a new world in version 1.1 beta 1 and look for the new spells in chests of structures if you never find, then the bug is confirmed.
