When combining enchanted items in the anvil, the items in the hot bar get shuffled around and sometimes dissappear completely from my inventory.

Furthermore, I have 6 furnaces in a U shape (4 block at the bottom and two at the top) which are filled with blaze rods. Whenever I open the furnace interface for them and then close an item in my hot bar dissappears.
