      Extra door when breaking one door on survival

      *What I expected to happen was I receive one door
      What should happen is I get one door back

      *What actually happened was I got an extra door
      I received a total of 2 doors by breaking 1

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Place a wooden door
      2. Break the door
      3.you received 2 doors
