When using the command /effect, it seems to give out wrong information and not fully work. I tried and found it by doing "/effect @p night_vision 10000 10 true" but the no particles being at true didn't work and it gave odd messages and when I removed true, it worked fine, and I removed amplifier as well so it'd be default, and it gave an even more broken result, which it should give an error then.
