The / effect strength 10000 61 command causes the mobs no to die when it attacks them. And from this level up to 255 of this effect if attacking a zombie wearing a diamond boot would not die too

      Steps to Reproduce

      1.Using the command / effect @p strength — Lv 61 when we hit a mob they do not die. Also when a zombie is wearing a diamond boot and we use the same effect at the same level or up to 255 they do not die too
