For some reason blaze spawning is OUT OF CONTROL

There are no spawners in sight even above the wall, and what was 5 blazes (a little unsual) turned into dozens!

Coudn't even get a good screenshot without dying

EDIT: It seems like one spawned after every hit, or at the very least they are spawning faster than I can kill them
