This was tested with a Baby Zombie that was able to latch onto nearby rideable mobs.
The following mobs were tested;
-Chickens
-Cows
-Pigs
-Sheep
-Ocelots
-Wolves
-Mooshrooms
-Spiders
-Cave Spiders
-Zombies
-Zombie Villagers
-Husks
-Zombie Pigmen
-Horses
-Donkeys
-Mules
-Skeleton Horses
-Zombie Horses
All but 1 mob they were able to latch onto.
In the previous updates, Baby Zombies were able to ride on Zombie Pigmen, but now they don't.
