In creative when you remove a painting that was placed over a block, it also breaks the block it's placed over. Not sure if there was a duplicate of this, but I did a search and was unable to find a duplicate issue.

Steps to reproduce

• Make sure you're in creative mode.
• Place a 1 block sized painting over a block.
• Left clicked the mouse to remove the painting.
• Not only the painting was removed but the block behind it also.

Reproduce-able in Minecraft Windows 10 Edition.
