The Sugarcane Texture right now is so bright, no matter what biome it is placed/planted.
Unlike the last 0.16.2 update, the texture of the sugarcane slightly changes it's color depending on its biome where it has been placed/planted and it is slightly darker than the 1.0.0 Sugarcane texture.
