Steps to Reproduce

1.Spawn the Wither Boss and go far away from him
2. After that, exit the world and return to it
3. You will notice that He disappears because the clouds have returned to their white color again

Note: In Minecraft PE the clouds turn black when Spawn the Wither Boss and they only return to normal color only when he DIES or DISAPPEARS
