      Steps to Reproduce

      1. In Creative Mode Get a Spawn Egg from Enderman and Spawn
      2. Get on it to get damage instead of going to attack the target It will teleport this should happen only in survival mode but it happens in Creative Mode without Enderman is angry
      3. So you see that he always teleports when he takes damage
