      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Put in Survival or Creative Mode and build a portal for Nether and enter it
      2. Look for some places that pour lava. Looking some times you will find one of these more lava will not drain
      Update by Oval: Still affects latest beta, 1.9.0.0.
