      Text "Modified World" appears when joining an unmodified world after previously playing on a world with Add-Ons.

      To replicate this pesky bug you need to:
      1. Join and play a world with Add-Ons
      2. Save & Quit
      3. Join a world without Add-Ons ("Modified World" text appears on loading screen)
