Arrows "dancing" when shot at a closed gate

      Shooting an arrow at a closed gate will very often (not always) result in the arrow dancing and repeating the ricochet sound either on top of or beside the gate.
      The arrow seems never to despawn and cannot be retrieved while it is in this state.
      Opening the gate will cause the arrow to fall to the ground and return to normal expected behavour.

      Similar to MCPE-613 back in 0.5.0

      How to reproduce:

      1. Place down a fence gate and a bow
      2. Fly above the gate, and shoot the top edge of the fence gate
