Summary:
When opening the pause menu with the Cartoon, Halloween, or Steampunk resource pack enabled, the following buttons don't appear:

• Resume Game
• Settings
• Marketplace
• Save & Quit

Note that the buttons aren't invisible; they're simply not there. This can be verified by clicking where the buttons should be. Nothing will happen. This makes it impossible to leave a world without force closing the game. This issue doesn't occur in 1.21.44.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open a world with the Cartoon, Halloween, or Steampunk resource pack enabled
2. Open the pause menu

Observed Results:
The buttons listed above don't appear.

Expected Results:
The buttons should appear.
