      This only appears to be an issue in the latest preview.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Disconnect from the internet.
      2. Launch the game.
      3. Try to go into the dressing room or marketplace.

      Observed results:
      The game crashes.

      Expected results:
      It shouldn't.
