      Gamerpic no longer updating in-game after changing it.

      How to reproduce:

      1. Launch Minecraft
      2. Observe your gamerpic
      3. Close the game
      4. Update your gamerpic with any other one in the Xbox app
      5. Restart your device or system
      6. Launch Minecraft again
      7. Observe how your gamerpic is still not updated

      Observed results:
      The gamerpic no matter how long you wait will never update.

      Expected results:
      The gamerpic should update as soon as possible.
