The wither wants to kill me forever in survival mode just because I attacked it once in survival or creative mode. Even if I'm dead or have previously changed the gamemode to creative and there are many mobs near the wither, the wither will still target me forever.

 Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a flat world and make sure the gamemode is set to creative (difficulty is best set to easy)
2. Summon one to several snow golems in the world you have created
3. Run these 2 commands so that the snow_golem does not die from the wither

   /effect @e[type=snow_golem] regeneration infinite 225

   /effect @e[type=snow_golem] health_boost infinite 225
   

4. Summon one wither near the snow_golem
5. After the wither explodes due to being born, make sure the wither attacks the snow golem
6. Prepare a ranged weapon such as a bow and arrow
7. Set the gamemode to survival or keep it in creative
8. Attack the wither with just one attack in survival or creative mode
9. Kill yourself or set gamemode to creative if you are in survival gamemode

   /kill @s 

10. Respawn again or set gamemode to survival if in creative mode and see if the wither still attacks the snow_golem or attacks you
11. If you get shot by the wither again, repeat Step 8 or proceed to Step 12
12. Switch gamemode back to creative and see that the wither attacks the snow_golem again
13. Set gamemode to survival and see that the wither targets you again
14. Repeat steps 7 to 13 until you are sure about this bug

Observed Results:
The wither will prioritize attacking me if I attack it in survival or creative mode, but unlike other mobs, the wither will attack me after I revive even if I switch gamemode from creative to survival, even though there are many mobs nearby that should be its target

Expected Results:
The wither should not replying to me forever until I attack him again when many mobs are targeting him.

Notes:

• Suggestion for step 1 should be set difficulty to easy so that it does not happen like in MCPE-187937 because it is a bit confusing because the wither will attack you as a second target and snow_golem as the main target. But if you attack the wither, he will make you the main target and ignore snow_golem unless you are in creative gamemode
• Try to reproduce this bug in multiplayer! Will the wither lock all players who attack him as his priority target forever?
• The wither will remember you as a target if you attack him in creative mode, but he will not attack you, and he will attack you if you change gamemode to survival
• This only applies to one wither, so if you summon more than one wither, then attack one of them, then only the attacked wither will lock you as a target while he is still alive
