      1. Updated to Preview 1.21.50.25
      2.  Create a new world in creation
      3. Make sure Education Edition is turned on
      4. Create a world and join it
      5. Open Inventory
      6. Click on the button in the third category (the one with the icon of a bed)
      7. Scroll down until you find it.

      That's why these missing items could be added to Minecraft Bedrock
      "minecraft:board"
      "minecraft:poster"
      "minecraft:portfolio"
      "minecraft:camera"
      It is expected to add the next Beta Preview
