      The Bug:

New 1.21 potions are not affected by the old textures pack (Minecraft Classic Texture Pack). This is inconsistent with Java Edition.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Enable the old textures, which is Minecraft Classic Texture Pack. That content is by Minecraft.
      2. Load a world using this particular texture pack from the Marketplace. The pack to use is stated in the first step. Don't use any other texture packs aside from the one stated in the first step.
      3. Get these potion types in your inventory:
        • Oozing
        • Weaving
        • Wind Charged
        • Infested
      4. Notice they are still using the new potion bottle textures, inconsistent with Java Edition.

      Expected Result:

New 1.21 potions will be affected by the old textures pack, like Java Edition

      Observed Result:

New 1.21 potions are not affected by the old textures pack, inconsistent with Java Edition.

      Notes:

This covers Minecraft Branded Content from the Marketplace, so this is a valid issue.

This is also a valid parity report because:

      • The new 1.21 potions exist in the latest release of both Java and Bedrock.
      • The new 1.21 were definitely added after the Buzzy Bees.
      • Something is different with these 1.21 potions. In Java Edition Programmer Art, the new potions use the old bottle textures. In Bedrock with the old textures, the new potions use the same textures as the default textures.
