The stripped pale oak log texture is significantly different between bedrock and Java, bedrock's texture resembles normal stripped wood, is quite a bit darker and doesn't look quite right it looks more grayscale than pale, java's texture looks like it is the correct one and resembles the bark texture of the normal log a lot better.
