enchanted armor has a display error

      In version 1.21.30 this bug was fixed, but when updating to 1.21.31 this bug returned. It makes the glow of enchanted armor look like a solid item and the enchanted elytra invisible. It is not something that interferes with the gameplay itself, but it causes a slight visual discomfort.
