The Bug:

Wind Charge explosion particles are broken and appear too flattened.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Throw a wind charge
2. Wait until it hits a block.

Expected Results:

Wind Charge explosion particles will render as intended. 

Observed Results:

Wind charge explosion particles seem to be too flattened.
