The Crafty Crew skin pack is available in the Marketplace but there is no button to click to allow the skin pack to be obtained whether it is free or costs Minecoins. Other times, a connection error occurs when claiming the skin pack even with a stable internet connection.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open the Marketplace
2. Search for the Crafty Crew skin pack
3. See that there is no button to obtain the skin pack or click the button to claim the skin pack to see the connection error
