Expectation:   After telling a tamed Parrot to sit then entering a nearby nether portal and returning to the overworld, the parrot should still be seated.

Result:  After entering the nether and returning to the oversold, all of the players seated parrots in the loaded chunks take flight and fly to or teleport to the player.
