      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Start dying in hardcore mode
      2. Go to Settings -> Controls -> Touch -> Customize controls
      3. Wait until you die

      Observed result:
      The customize control UI is still visible and lagged in this UI

      Expected result:
      The customize control UI is exited
