Thrown Ender Pearls now can load and tick chunks in Java snapshot 24w37a, but this feature not add to bedrock edtion.

How to reproduce:

1. Throw a ender pearl in nether and keep it in fixed location
2. Throw some drops in the same chunks with the ender pearl
3. Back to overworld
4. Use /kill command to kill the ender pearl

Expected Results:

All entities in the end pearls' chunk should be killed

Observed Results:

End pearls and other entities couldn't be killed
