My Library can be accessed from Dressing Room in all supported platforms including iOS, however iOS players can't access the contents from the library and seems to be unintended.

Steps to reproduce:

1. With Minecraft Preview open, observe if the Marketplace button is grayed out or does not exist
2. Go to Dressing Room
3. Observe if there is "My Library" button (for mine, it's there and is behind "GUI Scale" and "Resolution")
4. if there's one, tap / click it

Expected result: If Marketplace button was grayed out or does not appear at all, there shouldn't have My Library button on Dressing Room, or if there's My Library button, there would be a popup that would say "This Preview has Marketplace disabled except for character / skin syncing..." and / or you won't access it

Actual result: Despite Marketplace button being grayed out and even not appearing, there's My Library button on the Dressing Room, tapping / clicking it takes you to My Library from Marketplace, despite characters not being able to be edited, however attempting to access the content gives an error with "Marketplace cannot be accessed while in Preview.".
