The Parity Issue:

The new "Reduce FPS when" feature does not exist in video settings on Bedrock. This was added to Java in 24w33a. I am not talking about the Framerate limit video setting that was added months before August 2024.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open Video Settings
2. Look for a "Reduce FPS when" feature in the video settings.

Observed Result:

No such "Reduce FPS when" feature exists in Video settings.

Expected Result:

"Reduce FPS when" feature would have existed in Video settings.
