As the title says, Elder Guardians don't seem to drop sponges anymore. I tried spawning multiple Elder Guardians, not one of them dropped any sponges, only prismarine shards, fish, and crystals.

It is also noted that in 1.11, Elder Guardians would drop WET sponges instead of DRY sponges.
