Items which are affected by MCPE-169754 can no longer have their name color modified, either through "minecraft:rarity" or "minecraft:hover_text_color". Other items can be changed just fine, such as Tuff Bricks and Golden Apple.
Prior to 1.21.30, these items worked fine with the minecraft:hover_text_color component.

This should also work using the minecraft:rarity component, but that is affected by a separate issue (see MCPE-185730), so only the minecraft:hover_text_color component was used for now.
Expected Result
All item rarities and hover text colors can be overwritten using resource packs, as it worked prior to 1.21.30.
Observed Result
Item rarities cannot be overwritten for items affected by MCPE-169754. This includes all the following items:

- Campfires
- Kelp
- Sugar Cane
- Brewing Stand
- Item Frames
- Redstone Repeater
- Redstone Comparator
- Hopper
- String
- Cauldron
- Cake
- Nether Sprouts
- Flower Pot
- Chain
- Warped Fungus on a Stick
- Coal
- Charcoal
- Snowball
- Arrows
- Apple
- Trial Keys
- Wind Charge
- Wolf Armor
- Bundle (dyed and undyed)
This also relates to MCPE-172710, another bug which only affects this group of items.
