Steps to Reproduce:

1. Enable the Bundle experiment in the world settings
2. Put a bundle inside of an anvil
3. Hover over the output slot
4. Change the item name and observe
   The bundle icon appears but no tooltip is displayed
5. Move the mouse elsewhere and hover the same slot again
   The tooltip is updated
6. Go back to the original name by typing it again or deleting all the text
   The tooltip completely bugs out

Observed Results:
The tooltip doesn't appear or disappear while the mouse is hovering over the anvil's output slot.

Expected Results:
The tooltip appears and disappears alongside the item icon.
