When signing into Minecraft on my Microsoft account, many features appear to be broken/not working.

      What doesn't work

      • Customizing/changing my avatar: Nothing appears on the "customize character" tab. Characters only appear as a loading icon symbol and no names are shown. Nothing loads, essentially.
      • Loading achievements: Nothing will display when I press on the achievements tab. It will simply show "loading" in a blank achievement menu.
      • Connecting to servers: When attempting to connect to the official bedrock servers, it will not display many media pieces relating to the server (i.e. images, player count). Additionally, when attempting to connect to servers, after a "loading" screen passes, it will be stuck on "connecting to external server" until it displays the "restart Minecraft or check your internet connection."

      What I've tried

      • Restarting my Nintendo Switch (each time)
      • Connecting to different DNS routes (automatic, then 8.8.8.8)
      • Reconnecting my Microsoft account.
      • Trying another Switch account.
      • Disconnecting/reconnecting to internet.
      • Clearing save data for Minecraft.
      • Reinstalling Minecraft.

      Additional Error

The game seems to think I've installed the Natural Texture Pack, but I haven't bought it. When attempting to use it in a world, it simply gives me an error and will not generate the world.

Nothing seems to work to fix this. it would be great if I got a fix soon because I got a Nintendo Switch Online subscription just to play servers.
