      The bug

      The newly added /reload all command takes a significant amount of time to complete, making the user experience sad.

      How to reproduce

      1. Run /reload
      2. Run /reload all

      Expected behavior
      Should complete in under 2 seconds

      Observed behavior
      In my world, it took /reload all over 30 seconds to complete
