When I launch Minecraft it cause all the audio on my entire PC to start to peak, a work around is to lower the volume of everything to be quieter around a 1-3 on a 10 scale. 

I have tried:

• restarting PC

-Uninstalling and reinstalling Minecraft

-Uninstalling audio driver and reninstalling audio driver 

additional info: 

Main Audio output is 
Realtek Digital Output : Version 10.0.22.621.1

when i switch to a different audio output source the problem persists.
