1. Import and open the attached world: Baby Turtle Spawn.mcworld
2. Place a turtle egg on the sand block
3. Wait for the turtle egg to hatch

Observed result:
The baby turtle spawns in the northwest corner of the sand block, falls through the sand block, starts suffocating and eventually dies.

Expected result:
The baby turtle spawns in the center of the block.
