I wrote to Minecraft support like this and I’ll write it here, unfortunately I don’t want to change the text: The server was opened on July 22 MCC Championship I started to do I did most of the quests and on July 23 I decided to finish all the quests and the first thing I did was to make a parrot I clicked on the get button I thought I got it like everything else and I didn't check and so 5 days after getting it I got the cape on July 28 and the crown and cape and I decided to look in Character Creator and I look in the Style section I go to Headwears where all the hats and crowns are but I started counting and counted 9 heads when there should have been 10 I went to the server and looked at the quest and I see there is no parrot head and I decided to write to you because I should have gotten the parrot head like the other heads and I decided to write to you only 6 days after I got it so it was July 29th.
