The rarity of books and enchanted books is unreasonable

      In the latest preview version, the rarity of books has been changed from "common" to "uncommon", and the rarity of enchanted books has been changed from "uncommon" to "common", which I think is unreasonable. In fact, enchanted books are rarer than books. And these two changes are not mentioned in the change log.
