I want to report an error I experienced while playing the latest Minecraft event. My goal was to obtain the 15th-anniversary cape, so I was completing the necessary activities to earn it.

When I reached the challenge of wearing the pink parrot hat, I entered the aces race to fulfill the challenge. However, I realized that my character was not wearing the hat, even though I remember equipping it. I checked my inventory to put it on again and discovered that all my progress had disappeared, including my hats.

Previously, while completing the purple panda hat challenge, the list indicated that I had fulfilled all the requirements to finish the challenge, although the "achieved" notification did not appear on the screen. I found it strange but didn't give it much importance because it was marked as "completed" on the list.

It was then that, while completing the pink parrot challenge, everything disappeared. This situation saddens me because there are only a few days left before the event ends, and all my progress has been erased.

I only have evidence of the emotes I received while playing. The point is that I couldn't have obtained these emotes when my progress shows 0%.
