Can't remove item stacks with quick move or dragging the item across. This has happened now on the PS5, Xbox One and now Windows version of Minecraft. I'm assuming this is only a bedrock problem, sometimes it's one item won't move or it's a stack, the only way to get around this is to restart the game. I know it's not major bug but it a bug I've found. Hope that helps improve Minecraft for all players.
