Updated from 0.15.8 to 0.16.0.5. When exploring a cave and approach a dungeon with an active monster spawner, the graphics updating becomes markedly slower and the controls start becoming unresponsive. Most recently I was exploring a new cave, came across a bunch of zombies which appeared to be from a spawner (did not yet see the spawner itself), and the controls basically froze. I could change items on the hotbar and move a little, both with extreme lag, but I could not turn or attack, but the mobs could still attack me which of course resulted in death. After respawn, I approached the area again, but similar lagginess happened even just crossing over the cave on the surface. Going into a duplicate world created with the same seed but in creative mode, I found the zombie spawner, but shortly afterward the GUI froze again. Exiting, clearing cache, and restarting did not do much good. I applied the 0.16.1.0 update, but it seems to have made it worse. I can open the creative mode world, but not only is the GUI unresponsive, the graphics do not draw anything except a light blue background and flames from torches and the spawner, and they update only about 2 frames per second. I would like to go back to 0.15.8, but I understand that the worlds have been modified by 0.16.x so that 0.15.x won't open them any more.
