Background: The MC Championship has 15 free cosmetic items available for doing stuff in the server.

Issue: Despite surpassing the requirements for the "Cyan Coyotes Challenge," the "Cyan Coyotes Head" Character Creator Item did not unlock. (See pictures)

Failed attempts to fix: Resetting the game and playing on another device did not fix the issue. Continuing progress beyond the challenge requirements also hasn't triggered an unlock. The item still did not appear.

Potential: This is a hypothesis, but it's possible the game unlock trigger didn't "hit" leaving the item impossible for me to get.

It is also possible this issue may impact all the challenges in this event if my hypothesis holds true.
