Seems To Happen On:

New IPad Models With Aspect Ratios Bigger Than 4:3

Newer iPhone Models Without The Home Button

From What I’ve Researched, This Issue Seems To Have Been Occurring Since 1.13. 

This Issue Is So Annoying To The Fact That I Have To Use A Resource Pack In Order To Fix The Safe Area. This Issue Happens Even Without Any Resource Packs. In Fact, I Linked Images Of My Screen With And Without Texture Packs On.

Even Though There Are Pages Of Reports Talking About This, It Hasn’t Been Fixed. All We Can Do Is Use A Texture Pack To Fix The UI So It Goes On Screen Perfectly. But Doing That Resets It When Reopening The Game. And The Fact Minecraft Is Owned By One Of The Most Biggest Company Ever Just Makes Me Ashamed. 

All I Wish To Do Is To Just Tell The Team To Fix This Issue.
