Projectiles don't work at all without a runtime identifier

      The bug

      Projectile entities do not work remotely properly without using a runtime_identifier of an existing vanilla projectile. Since runtime identifiers are forbidden for addons, this is not an adequate workaround.

      How to reproduce

      1. Download and open the attached world
      2. Enter survival mode
      3. Stand next to the two weird cow things
      4. Watch them throw snowballs at you

      Expected behavior
      Both snowballs should behave like normal projectiles. They both have behavior files identical to the vanilla snowball.

      Observed behavior
      The right snowballs, which use a runtime identifier, work properly (save MCPE-109423). The left ones do not fly properly, and flash and turn red.
