If you are to hold a block and tap the hotbar it will place a block. Only by tapping slightly under hotbar does it actually select the hotbar. This causes difficulty to select and switch the items held. This glitch does not affect the inventory menu, and only the hotbar during regular gameplay. This glitch might be linked to scaling of the menus on an iPad. I would like to reiterate that this glitch is only noticeable on iPad, on iPadOS 17.
