On a Chromebook, when you try and chat it will occasionally mix up your text, scramble it around. Has been affecting me forever, I know my setup isn't affecting this because I've factory reset (not because of the bug, other reasons) before and that never fixed it. From what I've seen, it doesn't affect anything other than chat, though in the recording you see it scramble my search in creative menu. This has affected past updates for me. Also affects Beta/Preview. (I believe the preview and beta are only visually different.)
